After eight years without having a bakery in Flossmoor, Anne Aboushousha, baking enthusiast and resident of Flossmoor, opened this European Patisserie style bakery in late October, 2008.

The shop offers morning bakery items such as tulip cup muffins, scones, cinnamon buns with cream cheese frosting and brioche! Coffee is supplied by Evanston roaster Casteel.

Everyday treats include a variety of cookies, bars, cupcakes and tarts. Fresh brioche bread is offered daily.

Creative catering for special events such as business meetings, school events, and sweet tables for graduations and wedding receptions is also available!
